powdered, roasted persimmon seeds

hot water (just below boiling)
sweetener to taste (we used stevia)
Instructions
Pour hot water over roasted, powdered persimmon seeds, then let steep about 5-10 minutes. Strain, pour into cups, sweeten, and serve!
